Image License & Usage Terms

What this covers

These terms apply to every image published by Veriprajna on veriprajna.com and cdn.veriprajna.com, including:

• Product demo screenshots — captures of our runnable demonstration systems, including their interfaces, evidence panels, and audit output.
• Architecture and research diagrams — figures published in our whitepapers, technical whitepapers, executive briefs, and solution pages.
• Brand assets — the Veriprajna logo, wordmark, and identity imagery.
• Editorial imagery — cover and inline images published with our articles.

Ownership

All images covered by these terms are © 2026 Veriprajna. All rights reserved, except where an individual image is explicitly attributed to a third party on the page that carries it.

Third-party company names, product names, marks, and documents that appear inside a screenshot — for example a public regulatory filing shown being analysed by one of our demos — remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is nominative and illustrative, and implies no endorsement, affiliation, or partnership in either direction.

Editorial use — permitted with credit

Veriprajna grants a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to reproduce and display its published images unaltered for editorial, journalistic, academic, and analyst commentary about Veriprajna, its research, or its systems. No prior permission is required for that use, on these conditions:

• The image is credited to Veriprajna.
• Where the medium allows a link, it points at the page the image came from, or at veriprajna.com.
• The image is not cropped, recoloured, overlaid, or otherwise edited in a way that changes what it depicts — screenshots are evidence, and an edited screenshot misrepresents a working system.
• The use does not imply that Veriprajna endorses the publication, product, or position it appears alongside.

Uses that require a licence

Written permission is required before you may use any Veriprajna image for:

• Commercial or promotional purposes — advertising, sales collateral, pitch decks offered to third parties, packaging, or merchandise.
• Derivative works — modified, recomposed, or redrawn versions of an image.
• Redistribution — stock libraries, image aggregators, template packs, or dataset redistribution.
• Machine learning training — inclusion in any dataset used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate a model. Our robots.txt sets ai-train=no, and that preference extends to our imagery.
• Brand asset use — any use of the Veriprajna logo or wordmark outside a straightforward editorial reference to the company.

How to acquire a licence

Email [email protected] with:

• The URL of the image, or of the page it appears on.
• Where you intend to publish or display it.
• The intended use, and whether the image will be modified.

We respond to licensing requests within five business days and issue written terms. There is no charge for most editorial and academic requests; we ask so that we know where our work appears.

Withdrawal and changes

Veriprajna may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your use governs that use. We may ask that a specific image be withdrawn where its use misrepresents a system, a client, or a research finding — a request we make sparingly, and only on accuracy grounds.
