A clean scan alone can leave a model approval resting on incomplete evidence.
In our local synthetic Crucible demo, PickleScan did not flag a generated model file. During loading, that file attempted to open a SQLite database. A configured Python audit hook recorded and blocked that call, and the demo quarantined the file. The database operation did not succeed.
The scan result and the attempted operation answer different questions. One reports what the scanner flagged; the other records what happened during this observed load.
For a model admission review, ask for the attempted effects and any unresolved findings alongside the scan result. A clean result on one check should not erase evidence from another.
