A flawless, fully source-backed email tied to a $220K deal. Our verifier cleared every claim, then refused to send it.
One of the demo leads is Atlas Capital Markets, a FINRA-regulated broker-dealer, and the contact is Priya Raman, their Chief Revenue Officer. When we built the Veracity Engine, this draft passed every check we run. Grounding, entity match, temporal validity, all clean. Nothing was stripped. Sent integrity was 100%.
And it still would not clear to send.
The policy gate looked past whether the email was correct and asked a harder question: how much would being wrong here cost? A regulated vertical, a C-suite contact, a deal over $100K. Any one of those trips the gate. All three at once means the email routes to a human to review and approve before a single word leaves the building.
That is the part most AI outreach misses. A clean draft is not the same as a safe send. Correctness is a property of the claims. Risk is a property of who is receiving them and what is at stake. A perfect model can get every fact right and still should not be the last thing standing between your brand and a regulated buyer.
So we made the gate deterministic and the decision auditable. Every email carries a signed JSON receipt showing which policy rule fired, why, and who approved it. Governance you can hand to compliance, not a vibe. 🔍
If your team is putting AI outreach in front of regulated or high-value buyers, we would genuinely like to hear how you draw the line between what auto-sends and what a human signs off on first. It is an industry-wide question, and the answers will be too.
