A natural-sounding review does not tell you whether the account behind it is acting alone. In our synthetic example, most of the 15 reviews show little unusual wording. Their accounts have reviewed many of the same products and posted within a few days of each other. Campaign Firewall routes all 15 for human review. No reviews are removed. Before treating a cluster of reviews as separate opinions, check whether the same accounts keep appearing around the same products.
